HIKE TO THE AVILA LIGHTHOUSE
This trail proves why the lighthouse was necessary in the past. Enjoy extraordinary views from a peak in Avila Beach. Most Wednesday and Saturdays. Must be 9 years old or older, and in good shape. Hike takes about 4 hours. Reservations required.

ART GLASS SHOW AND WINE TASTING
Join us Saturday & Sunday, for an Art Glass Show at The Haub Gallery at Morovino Winery. Featuring the work of Carlos and Sophia Covarrubias of Rubi Glass in Arroyo Grande. The Covarrubias take inspiration from the vast natural beauty of the Central Coast. Their hand-blown glass pieces feature organic forms such as pods, leaves and seashells. SLO VINTNERS HARVEST CELEBRATION - GRAND TASTING & AUCTION

PEDAL TO PIER
Ride the scenic Central Coast with members of Team Columbia and other cycling enthusiasts to benefit a local charity. The metric century and half-century stretch from Avila Beach to Cayucos and San Luis Obispo, respectively, beginning and ending at the promenade in Avila Beach. Event registration allows riders to also purchase lunch for family and friends who are welcome to join riders after their ride. Included in registration is a meet and greet coffee with professional cyclists, t-shirt, goodie bag, rest stops, and the rider’s lunch. Ride support will be available until 2 p.m. or until the final rider finishes, whichever comes first. Registration is fully tax-deductible and non-transferable.
