I was in Avila yesterday. I haven't been there in quit a long time. Mid 70"s I moved to SLO with my "then boyfriend" (LOL) His first iron worker job was Diablo Canyon, so needless to say we spent a lot of time in Avila......:) Between the Lighthouse Bar, Barbara's by the Sea and the beach boy did we have some good times. Anyway, just thought I would share that with everyone... I also want to say that I love the live web cam, and btw just discovered it. Laguna beach has one too with sound and I watch it quite a bit. I think it's neat to hear everyone having a good time and listening to the sound of the ocean. (hint, hint!.....:) Love your web site, everyone has done a fantastic job!

I wanted to bike on the Bob Jones Trail, so I put my music in my ears and off I went. It was a beautiful day for a ride, the perfect temperature. I find this is one of the few places I can be where I can sing right out loud. I try not to sing too loudly as I approach anyone walking, but it seems if a walker hears me, they only smile and seem glad to hear and see a happy person sharing the Bob Jones Trail. I get smiles and peace signs, and now and then, even applause! It's a happy fun thing to do, ride a bike and sing out loud. You should try it next time you're out there. I dare you!
