Sukha Wellness Center

6615 Bay Laurel Place
Avila Beach, CA 93424

Restorative yoga is practiced to reduce stress, restore health, and move the body in the direction of balance. We will begin with combination of yin poses (deep stretches focused on releasing the connective tissue and joints), restorative poses (supported with props and held 10- 15 mins), and pranayama (breath exercise).

The second part of class will be an introduction to the practice of Karuna (Compassion), one of the four great mindfulness practices to use on the road to enlightenment! Don't miss this opportunity to unwind your stresses and reconnect powerfully to the best part of yourself' your true nature. All are welcome.
