| Bring your ice chest and enjoy a beautiful day of free fishing. In the Spring, you can fish for halibut, salmon, and mackerel. Rockfish, sharks and barracuda are caught in Summer and Fall. There are bait and tackle shops on both piers. No license is required when fishing from either of the Port San Luis piers. If you decide to do some surf fishing, however, you must obtain a fishing license. Both piers have all the services you will need nearby. |
